Our Commitment
Infotograf has a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. We are committed to protecting children on our platform and ensuring a safe environment for all users. Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 13 years old to create an Infotograf account. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to register or use our services. If we discover that a user is under 13, their account will be deleted immediately along with all associated content.
Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited on Infotograf:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that sexualizes minors, including illustrations or digitally generated imagery
- Grooming behavior or attempts to solicit minors
- Sharing or requesting exploitative content involving children
- Any content that endangers the physical or emotional well-being of a child
Detection and Moderation
We use a combination of automated detection systems and human review to identify and remove CSAE content. All user-generated content on Infotograf — including photos, captions, comments, and direct messages — is subject to moderation. We continuously invest in improving our detection capabilities to stay ahead of bad actors.
Reporting
Users can report inappropriate content or accounts directly within the Infotograf app. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. We encourage all users to report any content that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a child.

Law Enforcement Cooperation
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations involving child exploitation. When we identify CSAE content, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline, as required by law. We preserve and provide relevant account data and content to assist investigations.
Enforcement
Accounts that violate this policy are permanently banned from Infotograf. We take the following actions when CSAE content or behavior is identified:
- Immediate removal of the violating content
- Permanent suspension of the offending account
- Reporting to NCMEC via the CyberTipline
- Cooperation with law enforcement as appropriate
- Preservation of evidence for investigative purposes
There are no warnings or second chances for this type of violation. Bans are permanent and non-negotiable.
