Your feed shows posts from the people you follow, in the order they were shared. No algorithm decides what you see, no promoted content interrupts your scroll.

Infotograf marks where you left off so you never miss a post. When you’ve seen everything from the last 48 hours, we tell you — you’re all caught up.

Built for trust

Your safety is not optional

Infotograf was designed from day one as a safe space for photography. There are no ads, which means there is no incentive to harvest your data or manipulate your attention. Your photos belong to you — not to an advertising engine.

Make your account private so only people you approve can follow you. Block or mute anyone instantly — they won’t know and they can’t reach you. Report harmful content with detailed categories like spam, harassment, hate speech, or violence.

Connected to the Fediverse

Infotograf has ActivityPub built in. Toggle federation on, and your public posts are delivered to Mastodon, Pixelfed, and thousands of other servers. People on those networks can find you, follow you, like your photos, and leave comments — without creating an Infotograf account.

Your Fediverse handle (@you@infotograf.com) works like an email address — anyone in the network can reach you. If you ever want to leave, your connections aren’t locked inside a walled garden. That’s the point.

Federation is off by default — you choose when and whether to connect. When it’s on, your feed shows local and remote content side by side, with clear labels showing where each post came from.

Post single photos or swipeable carousels with up to five images. Add a caption, tag a location, and choose from over 15 classic filters — Clarendon, Gingham, Moon, Lark, Juno, and more — inspired by the ones that made mobile photography an art form.

Your posts support nested comments with replies, and you can disable comments on any post you choose. Every post shows likes from both Infotograf and the Fediverse.
